Recover the satoshi from your card

A Proof of Sats card is first and foremost a collectible. Moving the satoshi it contains removes the very reason the card exists. We therefore recommend keeping it intact.

However, you should remain free to move the satoshi if you choose to do so.

Do not sweep the private key with a standard wallet

A conventional wallet may use some of the sats contained in the card to pay mining fees, potentially putting the rare sat at risk.

We developed Pos Recovery, a dedicated recovery tool for Proof of Sats cards, designed to be used with the Xverse wallet.

It transfers the entire UTXO associated with the card to your Xverse Ordinals address, regardless of the rare sat’s position within that UTXO. Transaction fees are paid separately from your Xverse payment address.

The tool runs locally on your computer, and its complete source code is publicly available on GitHub.
